Why Almost Vegan?

One may agree that fully raw vegan lifestyle is not something we all have enjoyed from the first days of our lives.

It is hard and may seem almost impossible to re-construct the needs of a physical body and accept these dietary changes psychologically for long time – the body was adapted to get totally different food for decades!

However, there are plenty of examples showing that plant-based food brings wellness, may help to unlock creativity and joy of life.
