Drop intro.
Making sushi takes time, especially if it is home-made version with whole rice as mine: Sushi with whole, wild and red rice! / Prophylactic self-isolation series. Day 209th. I need to say, once I made my delicious healthy version of sushi with whole rice – there are no need to tamp white, hulled sticky rice by-product anymore!
However, whole-rice sushi might be a kind of weekend or festive meal because making sushi at home is time consuming. So, how to make a meal with whole rice and spend no more than 10-15 min of active time in a kitchen? Is it roughly possible?
