First published book is coming! / Prophylactic self-isolation series. Day 280th.

Should I thank for the pandemic?

Should I thank for the lockdown and pandemic for all the circumstances? I am thinking about it. Why? Because finally I made what I always wished to make – to publish a book. I had a wish since my childhood, but only during this one month I made it!

I wrote and published a book

I read somewhere, William Shakespeare wrote one of his best piece “King Lear” during a plague.

Well, during pandemic 2020 I started to write daily, more so, I managed to publish a book. What a wonderful world if taking it to your own hands!

The announcement

This is the announcement of my first cook book “Festive Sugar-Free Recipes for Almost Vegans“.

In this book one could find 25 delicious vegan/vegetarian dishes including desserts, appetizers, mocktails, salads, soups and second meals.

My book contains (processed) sugar-free, (wheat) flour-free, egg-free, meat/ fish-free recipes which are great for a festive table. Some recipes may seem too easy to make, some require effort, but all are delicious for sure. Even if your daily food is based on meat, fish, eggs, or cakes – this recipe book provides a chance to open new horizons for the palate and offers a new food experience.

Acknowledgements

Special thanks to the graphical designer for her professional work and patience and creative solutions. Many many thanks to a special friend for English proof reading, and of course, thanks to the family members who needed to try all the dishes before their great versions have appeared!:)

Where to read the book?

My first published book “Festive Sugar-Free Recipes for Almost Vegans” will be available on amazon.com soon. Stay tuned!
