Keeping physical and emotional bodies properly supplied with essential nutritious and “emotional”calories, contributes to a balance on physical and emotional levels.
As a result, it leads to self-satisfaction, better well-being and not overeating.
Well-feeling induces well-eating and one should work on it daily
Ingredients for Emotional diet (make it within the next 7 days)

In XXI century, we get used to consume, any factory-made product seems nice and well designed. The attempts to make something by yourself could lead to a great confusion and frustration, because the results seem awkward. That how the power of creation is taken away from us.
That is how the power of creation you convey to unknown hands…
I always remember the Egyptian proverb: “A beautiful thing is never perfect”
…the process of creation gives a power, a power of well-feeling…
Just few examples of DIY:
- Face/body cream – two ingredients, just know the technology how to make it
- Chemically clean garden by making your own compost from vegetable peels
- Need a toothpaste? The power to make it is within you!
- What about to use 2-in-1 product for hygiene?: self-made deodorant, or air freshener?

|Start from one activity, maintain it within a week and later add one more, any of those which seems for you good enough to try|
