Great way to stabilize a day. Great way to be OK

About the balance between physical and emotional bodies

On the left:
Resting energy expenditure of organs
and tissues (1). “Other” consisted of adipose tissue, bone, skin, intestine and glands.
On the right:
Emotional needs to keep the body toned up.

Keeping physical and emotional bodies properly supplied with essential nutritious and “emotional”calories, contributes to a balance on physical and emotional levels.

As a result, it leads to self-satisfaction, better well-being and not overeating.

Well-feeling induces well-eating and one should work on it daily

Part 3 from X

Primary, it supposed to be 4 parts totally, but as far as we going deeper into the topic, I see that it is endless, So there will be part 4, part 5, part 6, part X, etc., etc.

What is actually that emo-C?

As we know, basic amount of food calories is essential for the proper work of vital organs and a body as a whole. Only overdose of calories in food, but not its basic amount, plus non-dynamic life style lead to overweight, obesity and related diseases. So, basic amount of consumed food calories is a necessity for a living organism.

I decided to apply the same principle to the “emotional” body – basic amount of “emotional” calories should be essential for the proper work of mental stability and emotional well-being. Basic amount of “emotional” calories, emo-C, should be consumed, in other words, guaranteed by myself to be taken each day for emotional stability, which in its turn leads to not overeating.

These days, I see that emo-C could be actually applied not only for overeating issue, but also for THE DAY, for each day while dealing with the emotional aspect of the pandemic and changing LIFE.

More so, emo-C could be adapted to overcome individual psychological or life-challenging problems and difficulties, which may be similar or different for many of us.

Supta Baddha Konasana

Supta Baddha Konasana (yoga pose) translates from Sanskrit as the “reclining goddess pose”. The pose which evoke you for calmer mind, fall asleep easy in the evening, better flexibility, and even stronger and more toned legs!

When practiced regularly, Supta Baddha Konasana loosens up the muscles and connective tissues that can get so tight and sore and lead to chronic pain.

Doing this pose in the evening, please remember that you mustn’t do it immediately after a meal. Yep, do not eat at night, guys:)

Here I found the short youtube video which explains the benefits and shows how to make this pose: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CYuGPtaSldU (Lie Like This for 30 Seconds Before Sleep, See What Happens by BRIGHT SIDE))

Contraindications and cautions. It may be contraindicated to practice this pose with knee conditions and during menstruation with excessive bleeding.

It is impossible” syndrome

In the morning I do not have time for exercises, I am in hurry to work. And in the evening too tired to do anything…”

Start doing it on Saturday, Sunday or your other free day – then will be no need to hurry. And in the evening just do it without thinking you are tired or not. Just let it be.

Do not give up! Continue, continue! 🙂

Just few examples of creative hobby:

And we will meet with the same topic after 7 days to continue! This is just a beginning!
