Prophylactic self-isolation for revising self-education. Day 17th.

Once I watched a scientific program where the scientist put two ants of different species together in one jar. According to botanical knowledge, those two species of ants are competitors and could be aggressive to each other if standing for their territories. So, the scientist put them together in a jar to observe their behavior and was expecting to see some kind of fighting. Surprisingly, neither of two ants were looking for fighting. Oppositely, both started to communicate and cooperate, seeking to find a passage to get out of there.

Sometimes, scientific predictions do not come true, but scientific knowledge and supportive unification are strongly important while facing with the challenges.

We cant connect physically in the present situation as ants on the photo do:), but mental and internet-assisted connection should bring us to supportive unification

According to World Health Organisation (WHO), the role of immune system and mental health are highly important to withstand the virus. Healthy food, healthy activities and peaceful mental disposition reflect in strong immune system, and should make a huge positive impact in confrontation with COVID-19 virus or THE NEWS about it.

These days World Health Organisation advises the following:

  • Eat healthy to boost your immune system.
  • Limit alcohol and sugary drinks.
  • Don’t smoke. It can exacerbate COVID-19 symptoms and increase your risk of getting seriously sick.
  • Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day for adults and an hour a day for kids.
  • If you’re allowed to go outside, go for a walk, run or bike ride while keeping a safe distance from others.
  • If you can’t leave the house, dance, do some yoga or walk up and down the stairs.
  • People working from home shouldn’t sit too long in the same position. 
  • Take a 3 minute break every 30 minutes.
  • Get your mind off of the crisis. Listen to music, read a book or play a game.

We stay at home to stay healthy, no need to do it opposite. More so, now it is a great possibility to rest from daily routine which was usually so stress-soaked for many urban citizens. Dealing with new plant-based recipe, singing, creating something, cleaning the space, we contribute positively to our (and our families’) every single day.
